Terms of Agreement

I, hereinafter the “Personal Data Subject” or the “User”, in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” (as amended and supplemented), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to SIGMA PRO (hereinafter the “Personal Data Operator” or the “Contractor”) to collect, process, store and use my personal data provided during registration by filling in any web forms or order forms on the website https://sigmapro.uz/ (hereinafter the “Website”) and sent (submitted) via the Website, on the terms set out in this consent.

By providing my personal data, I consent to its processing, storage and use under the Law “On Personal Data”, that is, to the performance of all actions provided for by law, for the following purposes:

1.To give the User access to certain resources of the Website.

2.To establish feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests related to the use of the Website and the provision of services, and processing the User’s requests and orders.

3.To inform the User about marketing events.

4. To fulfil the Contractor’s obligations to the User with regard to drawing up and concluding contracts.

5. To conduct audits and other internal research in order to improve the quality of the services/goods provided.

6. To verify the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

7. To create an account on the Website and register the User on the Website.

8. To provide the User with effective customer and technical support if problems arise in connection with the use of the Website.

9. To enable the User to take part in promotional events.

10. To inform the User about, and give the User access to, websites or services of the organisation’s partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.

11. To inform the User about Products and events by sending newsletters and notifications, including notifications and newsletters about new products, special offers and various events.

12. To identify/authorise the User on the Website in order to place an order and/or conclude a Contract.

13. To give the User access to personalised resources of the Website.

14. To determine the User’s location in order to ensure security and prevent fraud.

15. To verify the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

16. To process and receive payments, confirm tax or tax benefits, dispute payments, and determine the User’s eligibility for a credit line.

17. Anonymised User data collected through a web analytics service is used to gather information about Users’ actions on the Website and to improve the quality of the Website and its content.

Personal data means any information of a personal nature that makes it possible to identify the User, such as:

1. surname, first name and patronymic of the authorised User;

2. contact phone number of the authorised User;

3. email address of the authorised User;

4. date of birth of the User;

5. name, OGRN, TIN and address of the User;

6. billing details of the User.

The Website also collects and processes anonymised visitor data (including cookies) using web analytics services. By consenting to the collection and processing of personal data, the User also consents to the use of cookies.

The Personal Data Subject’s personal data may be processed with and/or without the use of automation tools in accordance with the applicable legislation of Uzbekistan and the internal regulations of the Website.

The Company (Operator) undertakes not to transfer the personal data received to third parties, except in the following cases:

1. At the request of authorised state authorities of Uzbekistan, only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Uzbekistan.

2. Transfer of personal data to strategic partners who work with the Company (Operator) to provide products and services, or to those of them who help the Company sell products, goods and services and inform about new products, goods, services and events. We provide third parties with only the minimum amount of personal data required to deliver the requested service or complete the necessary transaction.

The User agrees that the Website Administration may transfer personal data to third parties, in particular courier services, transport companies/carriers, couriers, postal organisations and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under the Contract and fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website https://sigmapro.uz/.

The User hereby consents to:

1. The collection and processing of personal data both by the Company and by third parties, namely strategic partners to whom the Company transfers personal data to achieve the purposes set out in this consent, including: recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data;

2. Email newsletters, creation of segments of the User’s personal data, analysis of the User’s personal data and marketing campaigns: receiving messages of an advertising, informational, marketing or any other nature sent through third parties with whom the Company (Operator) has concluded a contract and to whom the Company (Operator) transfers personal data for the purposes set out in this consent.

3. Receiving information materials from the Company (Operator) (or third parties with whom the Company has concluded a contract) through direct contact using all means of communication, including but not limited to postal mail, SMS, voice messages and email.

4. The provision of personal data to third parties, in particular courier services, couriers, transport companies, postal organisations and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order of the User (Personal Data Subject) placed on the Website https://sigmapro.uz/.

During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection; recording; systematisation; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (dissemination, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction, including through third parties who are partners of the Operator, for the purposes set out in this consent.

Personal data is processed until all obligations under the concluded Contract have been fulfilled, or until the User unsubscribes from advertising, news and informational newsletters and messages, or until the personal data subject withdraws their consent, or for 5 (five) years from the date the consent was given (whichever occurs first). Personal data recorded on paper is stored in accordance with the law and other regulations on archiving and archival storage.

The User or their authorised representative may at any time opt out of informational messages and advertising newsletters or withdraw this consent by sending the Operator a written notice to the Operator’s address, or via the Website using the Feedback form marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

If the personal data subject or their representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue to process the personal data without the subject’s consent where there are grounds specified by law.

The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is given on the terms of the REGULATIONS ON THE COLLECTION, STORAGE, PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF WEBSITE USERS (PRIVACY POLICY).

By ticking the box next to "I accept the terms of the User Agreement", the User confirms that they have read the Website’s Personal Data Policy, agrees to the terms set out in the REGULATIONS ON THE COLLECTION, STORAGE, PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF WEBSITE USERS (PRIVACY POLICY), and consents to the processing of the User’s personal data by the Operator on the terms of the PRIVACY POLICY.
