LIMEN RESORT hotel complex — comprehensive design of low-voltage engineering systems
Project overview
Sigma Pro completed the comprehensive design of all low-voltage systems for the LIMEN RESORT hotel facility. The project covers the full range of engineering solutions for a modern hotel — from the building management system (BMS) to guest room control interfaces (GRMS) and security systems.
All systems were designed as a single integrated complex with centralized control through the BMS platform. This ensures energy efficiency, a high level of guest service, and full control over the facility's engineering infrastructure.
Composition of the designed systems
- ✓BMS (Building Management System) — centralized monitoring and control of the facility's engineering systems;
- ✓GRMS (Guest Room Management System) — hotel room control: lighting, climate, curtains, service calls;
- ✓Server infrastructure — server room, active network equipment, structured cabling system (SCS);
- ✓Data transmission system — the facility's corporate network, integration of all subsystems;
- ✓Video surveillance — IP cameras, recording server, monitoring of the perimeter and public areas;
- ✓Multimedia — audio-video systems for conference halls, lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms;
- ✓WiFi — a wireless network for guests and staff with full facility coverage;
- ✓Perimeter security — perimeter sensors, alarm signaling, integration with video surveillance;
- ✓ACS (guest and staff) — access control and management system: room card locks, turnstiles, zoning for staff.
