Dustlik Canal Head Structure D&A
Software Development and Commissioning

SIGMA PRO developed the upper- and mid-level software of the dispatch and automation system (D&A) of the head structure of the Dustlik Canal. The project aims to digitalize water resource management and provide reliable remote control over the hydraulic facility.

The scope included the full cycle of SCADA application development, integration with field equipment (PLCs, sensors, gate actuators), and commissioning with verification of all system operating modes.

• ✓Upper level (SCADA): development of an operator interface with mnemonic diagrams, trends, event archive, and report generation;
• ✓Mid level (controllers): PLC programming — gate control logic, flow regulation algorithms, handling of emergency situations;
• ✓Integration of SCADA with field water-level sensors, gate position sensors, and actuators;
• ✓Configuration of data transmission channels and integration with the Syrdarya BWO dispatch network;
• ✓Commissioning: comprehensive testing of all D&A functions under operating conditions;
• ✓Training of the client's staff to work with the system, handover of technical documentation.
